- Agents must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- 3 of the 24 credit hours must be in Ethics

- Flood Requirements:
All Insurance producers licensed in property, casualty or Personal lines of authority who sell Flood Insurance through NFIP must complete a one-time course, related to the NFIP which will provide three (3) hours of continuing education credit.
- Long Term Care Insurance Requirements:
Agents who sell Long Term Care Insurance Policies are required by their insurance carriers to complete a Long Term Care Partnership Course. You will receive 8 hours of continuing education and satisfy your insurance carriers requirement by completing this course.

- Agents Continuing Education must be completed 60 days before your license renewal date.

- No Carryover hours is permitted.
|
- You must wait 2 years before repeating a course.
|
- Continuing Education maybe either home study which requires an open book exam or Classroom which requires attendance.

- If the course taken is Self-Study the Agent must pass a non-monitored examination. If the course taken is a classroom course there is no examination.
